Where do I enter a RedotPay promo code?

Enter SAVE2 or DZ100 during the card application flow in the RedotPay app — after you open Card and start Apply for card · 10 USD (virtual) or Apply for card · 100 USD (physical), and before you tap Pay. Do not put either string in Referral Code (Optional) on the login / registration screen. Eligibility and the discounted total are confirmed in the app before payment.

What is the most common wrong place to type the code?

The registration / login field labeled Referral Code (Optional). RedotPay's referral help says: open the app, tap Referral Code (Optional) on the login screen, enter a referral code there, and note that a referral code can only be added during registration — it cannot be applied once the account is set up.
